Welcome to all teams; please find the enclosed events for Provincial A Championships:

Junior, Belle and Open

Coaches Meeting Thursday March 13th

Directions: Sandman Inn, 940 Chew North- right off Hwy 97 coming into Quesnel from the South.

6:30 pm check in and receive information and team package.

  • Beer, Wine and snacks to be served.
  • Short over view from Tournament chair and VP of Provincials. (7PM)
  • Ends approximately 9pm.
    • All weekend long we will have “Get Snapped” on site. They have buttons, key chains and many other great ideas to get your individual or team picture put on.

    Esquire – Will be here with Ringette Clothing headbands and much more.

    Sticks will be on hand from ” Streamline Ringette” either at our basket table or tournament table.

    Local Artists

    Friday night from 4pm -8pm we will be bringing our local artists in with stained glass, Sun catchers, Easter items, vase , candles , jewelry, leather goods wallets belts, gift basket, hand paintings, t-shirts, cards , wood carving, wood wall hangings , home made beef jerky, and more.

    This will take place at the Quesnel Twin Arena’s.

    There will be some entertainment our local Fiddlers from our Novice and Petite Division playing for you in the Minor Hockey Banquet room at around 7pm. Door prizes (Tickets for all players in the Coaches Package) to be announced at 8pm.

    Petite and Tween Division:

    Coaches Meeting Sunday March 16th

    Directions: Held at Quesnel Twin Arena’s in the Minor Hockey Banquet Room, Above Rink #1.

  • 11am -1 pm. 11 am check in and receive information and coach’s package.
  • 11:30 short overview from Tournament Chair and VP of Provincials
  • Juice and snacks available for all Bench staff.
  • End approximately 1 pm

    • Petite and Tween Scavenger Hunt Monday March 17th

    Those that wish to participate please pick up each player list for the all day scavenger hunt throughout the Quesnel Twin Arena’s: To be turned back in by 4pm on Monday and winner to be announced at 5 pm in the minor Hockey banquet room. May the luck of the Irish be with you!! Everyone can enter their name for additional doors prizes –Tickets are in your coaches packages. These to be drawn at 5 pm also.

    Basket Raffles

    There will be two sets of basket raffles draws one for the Junior, Belle and Open divisions and one for the Tween and Petite divisions.

    Teams welcome, there will be a variation of juice, coffee, water, toast, bagels, Yogurt, cereal, fresh Fruit available for your convenience. (Costs will be posted)
